Section 8
Responsibility for the offense shall be vested
: (1) The liability for the offense as per Section 7 shall be vested in the person involved in the act related to the offense, the relevant customer and the person who helps to commit such offence.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the responsibility for the offense committed in the following house or building shall be vested in the following person.
(a) Head of the concerned institution or office in case of offense in the house or building used by the institution or office,
(b) In the case of an offense committed in a house or building that is used on rent or in any other way, the organization using such house or building, or the head of the office and if any person or family has used such house or building, the head person or landlord of such person or family, br> (c) In the case of an offense committed in a house or building where more than one institution, office, person or family resides collectively, the head of the institution or office involved in the offense or the person or the head of the family among the institutions, offices, persons or families who use such house or building or landlord,
(d) In the case of an offense committed in a house or building which has been transferred by the owner of a house or building through sale or any other transaction, the head of the organization or office involved in the offense or the person or the head of the family among the organizations, offices, individuals or families that enjoy such house or building, but any The burden of proving that the owner of the house or building has rented the house or building will be the owner of such house or building. Otherwise, the responsibility of the fault in such a house or building will be vested in the owner of the house or building.
